Counter Culture Agents of Change (Matthew 5:13-16)

What is cultural change in society? How is it effected? Is change fostered through traditional methods congressional communication storming of phones, emails, and offices? Is public picketing, and civil disobedience the most effective method? The early Christians impacted and fostered change without attempting to challenge and override the ruling authorities but rather by introducing one element into the cultural framework: salt. Lives infused with the Presence of Christ in life, heart, thought, and devotion. They lived Christ and drove change throughout the Roman Empire.
